I always use Magic Moments for birthdays and special occasions as they’re an independent shop and have a wider range of balloons and cards. They’re also so accommodating and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for my nephews balloons this weekend 🙂

I've used magic moments on various occasions now. I've found exactly what I've wanted every time I've been in the shop and Ben has always been so welcoming and helpful every time I've visited. The variety of cards is brilliant. I first decided to give this shop a try when I couldn't get a card with an age and a relationship on 1 card like I used to be able to at card factory and I've never looked back!

Amazing shop. Cards are worth the money. Family who own it are so helpful and polite.

100% recommend Magic Moments, ordered the balloons a while ago. At last minute asked if they could be delivered and was not disappointed. They were put up at the venue for my moms surprise 70th party and the room looked beautiful.

I went in to the shop today to get birthday 40th banners for a party. A staff member very friendly welcoming me in to shop asked if i needed any help with what I looking for. I got everything I needed for a good price. Keep up the lovely work and job your doing.

Ben was an absolute treasure. He was helpful in blowing up some balloons for a 16th Birthday which were purchased elsewhere for a small fee for the helium. He took time to chat and was a genuinely nice person. I would recommend this shop to others as a small local independent. Money is going into local people’s pockets not that of high street chain shops. Definitely 5 stars!

Marvellous card shop. Wide range of cards and balloons and if they don't have what you are looking for, they will get it. Beautiful gift bags and wrapping paper. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, tidy and prices to sell. Well worth a visit.

Really friendly staff who will help you out no end. If they don't have something you want in stock they will try their best to get it for you. The shop is clean and tidy, range of lovely cards, American sweets, wrapping paper, balloons etc. Lovely shop!

Everything you could want for every occasion . Had all my Christmas cards , wrapping paper and Christmas Eve box . Lovely, smart, clean, modern. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If they don’t have what you want they will get it in for you

We used Magic moments today to inflate some balloons for a work event. They were helpful initially through messages and then just as helpful in store. They did everything we needed and also made sure we paid the best price. Amazing service and our balloons look fab.

Friendly customer service. Go out of their way to help you but still allow you to make your own decisions. Wide variety of decorations, cards & balloons (& much more). I don’t think anywhere can beat on the price. Will definitely continue to purchase from here 🙂

Just popped-in to pick up some last minute Christmas cards (as us blokes do!). A really nice shop, well organised and pleasant experience, to say that Christmas is just around the corner there was more than sufficient stock out and a really good variety of cards.. plenty of choice.
